2. However, two of the reasons I chose the hotel were the free WiFi --which was broken the entire time --and the outdoor pool, which was under repair for one of the two times we were wanting to use it.

4. We asked for more pillows (since the previous stay in South Dakota at Holiday Inn Express spoiled us with 4 pillows per bed) but were supplied only with 2 more, and the reason was because other people had removed pillows from the hotel leaving a short supply.
