1. I was treated to excellent service on checkin, friendly courteous front desk staff on checkout, convenient parking for my vehicle and the offer of directions to my destination.

2. the hotel was very nice I would rate it a n 85 out of 100 the staff was friendly the hotel is very clean they need to improve on the intertainment none at this hotel a very small bar at the lobby which can hold may be 4 people if you are loooking for a place to relax a way from the crowd this a goood place to stay.

10. Room was nice and the staff were cheerful and friendly but when I tried to have a cup of tea in the restaurant all the cups were stained and dirty looking and even had lipstick on the rim of the cup.
