5. I called the front desk crying and they were so calming and sweet and within minutes Kathy and joe a very nice maintance man for the hotel helped her change th bedding.

6. When I went to get some of their free dinner buffet, ( yes they offer free dinner buffet Monday- Thursday ) I couldn't hold the tray and use my walker, and Kathy helped me up to my room.
