1. Liked being escorted to our room upon arrival which became extremely helpful when we got to the room & maintenance was there, but the bellhop immediately got us another room & we were in there in minutes.

9. I will say I found it odd that I should have to pay $20 per visit to the gym, but I managed to score a couple of free passes so that helped.
