1. I'll admit that was one of the reasons why I booked this room but when I tried it I was dissapointed, very uncomfortable, its totally over rated.

2. The hotel has good well-lighted parking areas, a pleasant staff, and our room was reasonably spacious with a nice divider between sleeping and desk area.

9. One of the reasons we chose this hotel was for the free shuttle, but they acted like it was a pain when we asked for the shuttle and wouldn't take you anywhere at all when they only had one staff person at the desk.
