Some of the problems I have had over the years:--Moldy bagels in the Concierge Lounge--Lipstick on 'clean' beer glasses in the bar--Numerous encounters with band-aids and other people's hairs in the bathrooms--Holes in the curtains and duvet covers--Housekeeping vacuums around the furniture instead of under it--Toiletries not replenished daily even if shampoo bottles, etc are completely empty--Once I even found a long stripe of someone else's blood on the duvet when I checked in (looked like someone had gotten a paper cut reading the newspaper, not a full-on CSI scene but someone else's blood nonetheless)Management has been responsive to my complaints over the years, meaning they've apologized, sent letters, offered free points, etc, but what would really make me happy would be for them to actually fix these problems.
