1. We loved this resort, it had new queen mattresses which were terrific.

2. Maid service had come and made the bed and replaced towels but we didn't get new shampoo or conditioners, the bathroom had not been cleaned (still hair in the tub) and the drinking glass we had used had just been placed on the side of the sink.

3. We stayed twice while they were doing construction and now the resort looks like new and there are no more early risings due to construction noise.
