1. Arrived at our room which was a studio which was lovelly and clean, windows were slightly grubby (finger marks) but who cares i'm not staring at those all day.

6. The housekeepers did sometimes seem to "rush" or skip over the cleaning but all we had to do was alert housekeeping and the problems were taken care of asap.
