7. The hotel is always clean, the personnel are friendly beyond belief, location is perfect for shopping and for medical appointments at near by medical facilites and the on-site restaurant's food quality keeps us in-house.

Enjoyed my 5 night stay at the Pagoda because of its location (out of the Waikiki area), friendly staff, and proximity to excellent shopping (Ala Moana shopping center, Walmart, Sam's Club, Don Quiote super market, and Ward Center, Rooms are spacious, though dated, are clean, and the housekeeping service was excellent.
