1. Just return with my wife from waikiki HI stayed white sands Hotel and was suprised, big clean room #202 the staff was awesome,check in and out excellent, of course is not a big five star hotel, but is my fourth time in hawaii and i have done Hiltons, Ali condos, Marriott, and now White Sands, and i am going back to White Sands.

2. Pros: Clean, quiet, cheap and excellent location, nice old fashioned motel ambience, friendly staffCons: Old, basic facilities eg no internet or hotel restaurant so in house dining not an option (although there is a very small and basic kitchenette in the room), hard bed.

5. Everyone at the resort was very helpful and friendly, the room was excellent and the kitchenette helped us to save money so we could spend it instead on extra activities, gifts and other purchases.
