2. The price is good for NYC area; it's very convenient to LaGuardia (though I waited 30 minutes for the shuttle van); the room I had showed a lot of wear, though essentially clean.

3. Also - we asked for a non smoking room and there was an ash tray in the room - never a good indicator that your room is truly non smoking.

5. cold Coke machine, good on-site safe lighted parking and its maybe 1/2 mile ( easy traffic access & hotel has a nice van shuttle ) from Laguardia on Astoria .
