1. The vending machines on our floor, the 4th floor, were running like mad 24/7 with nowhere to vent the heat they give off when keeping those soft drinks so deliciously cold.

2. I ask for a non smokeing roon, step on the floor the whole floor smell like smoke, went into room same thing, went down to front desk to change my room, all the room was book, by the end of my stay my clothes all smell of smoke.
