1. I misplaced my key to my room and I ask for a replacement and they immediately replaced it at no charge and just made you feel like they were there to help you instead of you there to keep them in business.

5. Not much around if you like to walk to where you eat but if you walk across the bridge over the interstate (a little scary) there's more to do on that side.
