1. My only complaint was that while they advertised certain items being available, free of charge, at the front desk, when we went to ask for shaving cream and toothpaste, no one was at the front desk when we needed the items.

3. Imagine my surprise when the water pressure turned out to be strong, with a workable shower head and the exhaust fan kept the bathroom and the REST of the hotel room steam-free.
