8. Desk staff was friendly and efficient, recommended restaurants when asked, I opted for the hotel restaurant and found it to be clean, pleasant decor with a friendly staff.

I have stayed at this Sheraton many times and this was a pleasant experience for my daughter and I, as it was a shopping getaway for us we went out for a late dinner and were a bit disappointed that the hotel bar closed so early, especially since the weather was terrible and we did not want to be out driving in it.
