2. The rooms are small and I wouldn't want to stay in them for a lengthy stay, but for overnight stops the king beds are comfortable and the rooms are clean and quiet.

3. Customer service grudging at best, the chair in the very small room didn't impress me as something clean enough to sit on, but it wasn't noisy, the bed was clean and comfortable enough.
