1. The response we got was that we were expected to wash our own towels, as the room is equipped with a washer, dryer, and soap.

2. The front desk wasn't that responsive on maintenance items--the air conditioner didn't work, and the washer wouldn't do a cold-water only cycle.

3. My dad had a separate condo that was missing a hairdryer and when he requested one, he got the same response i did when i asked for additional sheets, we were both told on separate occasions that the units were separately owned.

4. When we arrived the condo was clean and nicely updated, however we soon learned that it would not be cleaned until we checked out and it was our responsibility to launder the towels and sheets we used during our stay.
