1. I like that it's in a quiet residential area but you can easily walk to cafes, shops and the gym.

3. Add to that some annoyances like overworked/overstreched staff at the front desk or serving drinks and not spotless rooms, why bother? Felt like they were just phoning it in, and I wanted a nice hotel experience.

5. Overall, in a ""velvet rope"" kind of town, it was nice to come back to the hotel and be treated like someone special.
