1. My only complaint was that they charged for Wi-Fi in your room and they only allowed you to use the computer in the lobby for your flight check in-thus one could not look up a restaurant or other general information without talking with the concierge.

2. The concierge as well as the rest of the staff took charge of her, getting her low-priced but safe taxis, getting her special foods, and generally looking out for her.
