8. disorganized, unhelpful desk staff; they seem to lose people's reservations regularly, so don't forget to print out your reservation documents as proof; some parts of the hotel are in disrepair; the pool is used a lot but is very dirty, especially along the sides; one of the women who works in the shop in the lobby is very rude; the staff in the restaurant are nice; the rugs and carpets are extremely dirty and stained; still, the location is great and it is affordable.
