2. The best part about this hotel is the location - walking distance to Santa Monica downtown and a few minutes from the beach.

3. The building is older then you would expect - perhaps time for a renovation? You can tell that they're trying to make the best out of what they're working with, but shouldn't guests get more for what the price they're asking us to pay? Other things that stood out: - loudest toilet flush ever.
