1. being there for my wedding, getting locked out of the room twice due to the key cards not working was not pleasant either.

2. I have been in many, many Vegas hotels (downtown and strip) and I was pleasantly surprised at the wonderful service, huge room, best view ever for me, fabulous casino and entertainment, and one of the best restaurants I have ever enjoyed, Firefly.

6. It was very pleasant, but if you stay in the near future, make sure to ask for the 22nd floor in the south tower or one in the north tower to get one of these nice rooms.

10. We had no problem with check-in (it was their 2nd day at a brand new registration desk and the woman was quite pleasant), the location is good for downtown, our room on the street side had a nice view (make sure to request a room facing Fremont St.
