1. So, after all of that, what is my message? Simply this, it's a wonderful resort but, if you have health problems and need a lower story room, don't trust them, it seems that the desk staff don't work together and, while one of them works with you, the other needs a lot of help on public relations.

8. We also went on a catamaran cruise to the Napali coast with Kauai Sea Tours - fantastic, great crew (very friendly and helpful) The Napali coast is a must see, we saw 10 whales and 3 sea turtles.
