1. The only big downside is that there is no functioning fridge in the room; their restaurant is very expensive so you get the idea behind it.

5. Especially important that it was away, but close fron NYC, quiet and calm:) Also nice but not big swimming pool:) Free shuttle can take you to ferry, prices are very reasonable.
