The hotel grounds were meticulously clean, the staff was very friendly and helpful, the valet service was a downright bargain for the area (16/24 hours with as much in/out service as you want) and there are plenty of restaurants in walking distance if you don't care to go out to the city for the night.

The check-in was swift and efficient; the room - although sadly not much of a view (overlooking the muti-storey car park and hence a bit on the dark side) - was of a very good size with plenty of storage and at the very end of the corridor, so fairly quiet: the only intrusive noise we did get was from the ice machine a little way outside.
