1. We had an issue with a nearby room making a lot of noise while we were trying to go to sleep and the staff quickly handled the issue that night, then upgraded us to a balcony room and moved our luggage to the new room while we were out site seeing the following day.

2. you should communicate that clearly - never did I think that during a major Football Weekend (FSU Game in Jacksonville), as well as, new Years Eve celebrations, that your Hotel would be running around harassing your guests.
