1. It wasn't a great first impression and we had to wait a very long time to get into our room because there was a hole line of people at the counter trying to check in with no rooms available.

My stay at the quality inn was a great experience, the gm was excellent and a friendly guy and was very helpful to me in all the ways, i would recommend this hotel &is a great stay, i have stayed in many hotels but this hotel was a great experience there are many hotels to stay but i picked this hotel becuse from my check in & check out the front desk were so kind to me, my stay was really pleasant & i will be staying in this hotel again.

6. But, the beds were so hard it made my back hurt the next day, there seemed to be a crew of people there and I believe you are refurbishing this particular motel, if so and you get better beds, we would stay again, thanks your personnel were great.
