1. I called Best Western customer care and while they seemed sympathetic, they were impotent, as 'each location is independently owned and operated.

2. The breakfast could have been better, but we were just passing through going to California to work, so it took care of our needs, it was very quite & there were a lot of places to eat nearby, within walking distance.
