1. Reading the reviews here, I couldn't add much except to bring into doubt the vitriolic recent one which appears to be more driven by anger or some other agenda than a true representation of what I experienced and enjoyed as a travel professional.

3. The owners were professional, helpful and friendly, they offered great dining reccomendations and they held all of our luggage for us on our check out day so we could enjoy hilo without worrying about our jeep getting broke into.
