1. Good things: concierge lounge, beds, room cleanliness, convenient parking garage, fast internetBad things: the TVs in the rooms are old box style, the gym is seriously lacking in most things (just has a few treadmills and some free weights)Conclusion: this Marriott is your standard business hotel.

2. It's free if you have access, so I'm a fan.

3. - A card waiting in my room with my Marriot points and a nice welcome message from the GM- free bottles of water in the room; amazing - a hotel that understands the importance of free water- Very friendly and attentive concierge- Ok, the finale, getting my rental car from valet and they put 2 bottles of cold water in the car I'm obvioulsy a fan of hydration, but that aside, what impressed me by this property was their focus on details that most hotels has forgotten long ago.

5. - Good gym/pool - pity I never made use of this but I did 'visit'- Large room- Great locationThe not-so-good- No free parking- No free wi-fi (shame on Marriott for not offering what's considered a very standard offering)- Old hotel shows its age, both in the furnishings and in the technology (had quite a few issues with my keycard not working)- Fairly expensive for a place like Greensboro (I can understand such rates in bigger cities)- Not many options for vegetarians to dine in the hotel.
