1. I was acconpanied by my father in law, who is a 100% disabled WWII veteran and every morning I was helped by the restaurant staff getting his breakfast.

7. When our reservations ran out, we were unable to reserve another room in this hotel, and the staff (informed of our situation with the funeral overlapping our check-out time) made no effort to help us.
