2. Heat lamps in the bathroom were a big plus, big plasma tv, room service was great, clean and comfortable, loved the free wifi.

7. Upon arrival, front desk told ham-handed story worthy of a used car lot about how all they had with 2 queens was a handicapped room by an elevator and how we should consider the king bed suite with the pullout sofa and free rollaway.
