4. Hotel was very nice, service was pretty good, but I did not like the fact that they would not let me borrow a cart to take my luggage to my car, they said they would have to do it, in other words, I would have to pay some one to do it, I dont like paying for something I can do myself.

6. The only thing that I don't like is that there is no security gate and there are random Irving-ites walking around in the parking lot.

7. I wish they had a operational refrigerator in the room they did have a stocked fridge that we just emptied and put our things in, but it was never cold I wonder why(?) I really didn't feel like complaining to the staff - but besides that, the room was nice and quiet and a good price for a couple days.
