8. We have stayed here several times and it is a very nice hotel so I think this trip's inconvenience was an annomaly.

9. Our first two nights were very nice and I would have recommended the hotel, but on the third night a wedding party was booked on our floor (apparently, we were the only room on the hall not taken by the wedding party).
