5. Rooms are small and comp breakfast no big deal (McD's is across the street), but hotel was clean and fairly new and the personnel were all courteous and helpful.

6. The room is small but not confining, internet is reliable, location is convenient but not noisy, staff is friendly and helpful but if you arrive after midnight you will probably have to wake up someone in the family that runs the hotel.
