1. Also, after we switched rooms, the computer and/or staff did not communicate that information correctly and our room was given to a new customer who tried to walk in the door at 11 pm when we were in bed.

2. the hotel staff was unresponsive to guest needs and repairs of room, room did not have hot water, one of my rooms was not the one reserved when asked about this the staff did not attept to correct thier error.
