1. It was on new Years Eve we expected there to be some noise however, the rooms were quiet once we shut the door to the room.

3. We're not messy travelers, if anything we put all dirty towels in a pile and just wanted new ones and for the bed to be made and it wasn't done.

9. new Mattresses, especially since I had to read about the all new pillow top mattresses in the hotel catalog, and the carpet could have used a shampooing.
