6. We planned our trip based on the wrong hotel address, but the the staff at this hotel were very helpful in helping correct our bus schedule, find the route locations, and get us a taxi where we need.

7. The front desk staff was so cheerful and helpful, the room was clean, and we were only about 15 minutes from downtown and 5 from Southcenter, which has loads of restaurants, a movie theater, mall and other shopping centers.
