Blinds needed replacement; Condo not painted on the inside since it was built; furniture was tired and dirty, rugs were dirty; bed spread was filthy and didn't look like it had ever been washed; silk floral arrangements were very dirty, tired and needed to be thrown out; toilet seats needed replacement.
