1. Pros:-HUGE rooms - large living room area with pull out couch, king size bed, wet bar, coffee maker, 2 sinks-Close to airport, I believe they give a free shuttle to the airport-Everyone was super friendly-Free Breakfast - some hot items like breakfast sandwiches, but also toast, cereal fresh fruit & juicesCons:-Tiniest bathroom I have ever seen-FAR from all the happenings of Downtown and Broadway ($28 cab ride)-1pm was the latest checkout-No perks for Hyatt Diamond members-Not a great pool.

3. The staff, however made our stay, they helped us find places to eat, actually discussed restaurants with us in detail, not just handed us a printed sheet of restaurants like other hotels do.

4. liked the fact that if I had stuff to plug into the tv viewing area, the console panel was right there.

8. *The crappy old school temp control where there is an AC unit in each room that goes off & on like a jet engine all night, keeping you awake.

9. The HP shuttle will take you to the Gaylord if you must go due to a convention like I had, and all of the shuttle drivers were pleasant and helpful.

10. There was no paperwork, and no duplication of the same stuff that I already entered during the reservation process on their website, like you usually get at other hotels.
