1. The guy who replaced him told me that it was a mistake to have been given to corporate, and that Hotel Indigo of Nashville would be responsible for refunds.

2. We would love to hear further from management, but after multiple attempts to contact them regarding aforementioned promised responses, remedies, we have heard nothing.

3. The hotel's response was to show up 4 hours after we began calling for assistance, but by then, we had moved everything ourselves to the penthouse for our own security.
