1. I didn't expect a high end cleaning everyday, but at least between guests - some could try to get rid of some of the mold as well as wipe counters, clean the sinks, stuff like that.

2. Let me start by saying that I work for a AAA Four Diamond Casino-Resort in Las Vegas and also have stayed at many properties both low and high end.

3. If you must don't look at the Aqua Marina as a high end resort, because it isn't, but that is why you are paying $75/night and not $350/night.
