1. The lanai was nice except for the outside a/c units that were very loud and dripped on us.

2. The ocean front and ocean view rooms simply are stunning with lower graded rooms providing sea views with exception of the city view room which is same quality/facilities but very limited view so if on a tight budget and the view not important then this also for you.

6. The room was TINY - we had trouble actually fitting two large suitcases in there and the bathroom is the smallest I've used - except for that on a boat.

7. We were lucky enough to be on the top floor and found the staff really helpful - all except the lady who runs the 'activitys booth' in the Lobby - she was absolutely hopeless and was not at all interested in giving us information about tours/bus availability or shuttle service.

10. The shower is also small(no bathtub), which would have been fine except they use a water saving shower head which produces a fine mist and you never really seem to get wet, which makes it difficult to shower.
