6. From the desk staff, to the parking valets, to the housekeeping, everyone was friendly, polite, helpful, prompt, they even looked for reasons to upgrade us to an ocean view room.

10. I understand that the suites are individually owned and therefore decorated slightly differently, but one would hope to have reasonable sized televisions in both the living and master bedroom and a bath that did not spit out black grit when the spa mode was enabled.
