1. My first morning (of 13) the shower head was terrible, the bathroom fan sounded like a turbo prop plane, and the air conditioner sounded like a Harley Davidson.

4. like other Hyatt Place hotels this one was decorated in 70's style, the rooms were the same as other properties - fridge, desk, large tv, etc.

6. I really liked that the TV has an input panel in the wall, so you can hook up your device and play content as long as you have a cable (most inputs supported).

7. The only fault that I had was a small maintenance issue where the bathroom fan sounded like it was trying to beat its way out of the ceiling, so I had to shower quickly/loudly or quietly and in dim light.

8. The room smelled like must, there was no one to greet me when I arrived (although the checkin kiosk is nice), the bathroom area was not as fresh and clean as before and the upholstered furniture seemed weathered.
