2. The best thing you can do is if you find a cab driver you really like then ask them for a card with their name and number and ask them if it would be ok to use them the rest of your trip.

3. Your best bet is to use taxi cabs, as event parking is extremely expensive at The Dome and Phillips Arena anyways, betwen 20 - 30 dollars from what I saw, so using cabs is just as cheap then you won't have to worry about losing your parking spot or battling traffic.
