4. I would say if this is closest to your destination it might be worth it, otherwise try the Renaissance or hotel indigo nearby for the same even lesser rate but a better value overall.

7. They said they were having problems when I arrived and after 4 days, _nothing_ got better, even after telling the front desk and their taking my room number.
