5. Had a downtown view but with bunch of big shopping centers and parking lots all around the hotel, the view was not impressive in the 'upgraded' room.

7. From the moment I stepped out of the shuttle I was greeted/welcomed/ and assisted with a big smile from every one from the doorman-bellmen-front desk-concierge-maids.

9. A couple of quibbles: the room included bottles of water that were $4 each, there were no HD channels on the TV in our room (analog only) and charging for Internet at any hotel is a big turn-off.
