2. Be sure to have your parking ticket 'validated' so you can use it during your stay (and not have to get a new ticket each time you park).

4. When I was shown to my room, there was a strong stale smoke smell, so the porter immediately rang down to reception and arranged for a new room (great service from him.

10. At any rate I go back in and am checked in by 'Kevin' , the 'new' girl apologizes and I am on my way to what I had hoped would be a very relaxing stay.
