As I was going through my phone to find my other confirmation number, he made a few comments on how 'I shouldn't book through third parties because things like this happen' and 'why would you book through them?' Well, either way, I am giving your hotel my business, and it shouldn't matter who I book it through, nor should that be appropriate to comment on.

4. We did not like that our thermostat did not illuminate so it was quite tricky to adjust the temperature in the room.
